The property offers free private parking on site with no reservation needed, family rooms and non-smoking rooms, an airport shuttle on request at an additional charge, car rental, BBQ facilities and an Italian breakfast. Each unit has a private entrance, air conditioning, heating, a kitchen or kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, cleaning products and a dining table, and a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and toilet paper. Outdoors you will find a garden, terrace, patio, sun deck, picnic area, outdoor furniture and dining area, plus a playground and outdoor play equipment for children. Pets are welcome free of charge, there is a designated smoking area, and security is covered by CCTV outside and in common areas together with key access. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only and there is no internet access at the property.
